The 40-year-old actor was spotted embracing the smiling woman, showing off his rather unique bristling beard, which he's been cultivating for some time.
The five-time Oscar nominee arrived to the meeting in jeans, a black puffer jacket, light brown flat cap, black trainers and dark shades.
He wore his long hair pulled back into a man bun and kept his hands tucked into his pockets, waiting outside in the chilly weather for his pretty pal.
Recent reports by UsWeekly that the Titanic star has ended his relationship with German model Garrn came about soon after he was seen at Art Basel in Miami.
Leo and Toni were spotted together only once over the four-day-long Art Basel event, but were seen partying separately otherwise.
During that same weekend Leo was pictured leaving a club with 20 women in the wee hours of the morning.
An observer said that on Friday '[Leo] wasn’t really paying attention to [Toni]' as he was dancing, drinking shots and singing rap songs, adding she was 'sort of keeping to herself.'
Leonardo has dated a string of beauties over the years including an on-and-off relationship for five years with Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
He also dated Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Bar Refaeli in another on-and-off romance from 2005 to 2011, as well as actress Blake Lively and model Erin Heatherton.
