New York may be experiencing dipped temperatures at the moment, but that hasn’t stopped Beyonce from flashing the flesh.
The 33-year-old superstar showed off her toned pins in a pair of tight lycra shorts when she stepped out with husband Jay Z in New York City on Tuesday night.
Beyonce accentuated her striking facial features with bold crimson lipstick and a few swipes of black kohl, while wearing her golden tinted locks in loose curls.
She added some height to the proceedings with platform leather ankle boots, while wrapping a red plaid shirt around her slender waist.
Her rapper beau kept things simple with black trousers, a casual jumper and a matching jacket, which he teamed with an eye-catching pair of red trainers.
Walk tall in platform boots
It was only a couple of weeks ago that Beyoncé met the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wearing a sophisticated pencil skirt by Hervé Léger and shirt by Tanya Taylor. Bey's gone back to basics now in baggy shorts and a hoodie, but of course she added her favourite platform boots into the mix too!
Sorry flat fans, but when it comes to shoes this season is all about towering heels. And they just don't get much higher than Alaïa! We've spotted their sky high boots on the likes of Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss and Lady Gaga, so it was really only a matter of time before Beyoncé jumped on the bandwagon.
We've literally lost count of how many pairs of Alaïa boots Beyoncé owns. But we can see why - as well as adding a few inches to your height, a good pair of platform boots will lengthen those legs in no time.
