As a mother of two, Alyson Hannigan has got to keep her energy up especially during the holidays.
The 40-year-old actress packed a punch - and a nutritious bite - as she stepped out in rain-soaked Los Angeles with her two-year-old daughter Keeva on Tuesday.
Alyson probably had a long list of errands to do one week ahead of Christmas and didn't have time to sit down for a leisurely lunch.
But the thrifty mom was prepared and was spotted sharing a health bar with Keeva as she walked and carried her little girl at the same time.
Keeva, who turns three next May, seemed quite satisfied with her chewy morsel and beamed a mini-watt smile from her cosy 'shelf' on Alyson's side.
The tot looked cute in her pink and blue floral leggings and purple hoodie, but opted to leave her shoes behind and go barefoot.
