Blake Lively sat down for a chat at Martha Stewart's 2014 American Made Summit in New York City on Saturday, Nov. 8—but she certainly didn’t walk out in what she came in wearing!

The pregnant Preserve founder, 27, slipped out of her demure Michael Kors conference dress and into a bump-conscious LBD. Lively paired the steamy style with a fabulous pair of cornflower blue, over-the-knee boots by Christian Louboutin and a checker-print black and white poncho jacket.
Of course, as Lively has been doing lots of lately, the topper comes courtesy of her fabulous Preserve closet. The Age of Adaline star bundled up her baby bump in the Los Ojos Trench Cloak by Lindsey Thornburg, a piece that retails for $1,350 on Preserve.us
While the sartorial move may seem slightly self-promotional, Lively explained to Stewart at the summit that she's determined to help her online lifestyle shop flourish. "I want to create my own career and I want to create my own world," Ryan Reynold's wife said. "That's part of the reason I created Preserve: I needed a world that is my own, and I am in charge of that success or failure at the end of the day."
The Gossip Girl alum added, "I've always been hungry for knowledge and experience. I don't have that amount of expertise, but I have an incredible amount of passion."
